F\u00f6r att utveckla och framtidss\u00e4kra aff\u00e4ren kring digital annonsering valde Vasaloppet att ta in extern expertis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uppdraget gick till Destination Technology och Lars-B\u00f6rje \u201dBulan\u201d Eriksson, som fick i ansvar att analysera l\u00e4get och ge underlag f\u00f6r framtida beslut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kartl\u00e4ggningen omfattade tre huvudomr\u00e5den:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aff\u00e4rsmodeller och int\u00e4kter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erbjudanden och inneh\u00e5ll<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisation och processer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Syftet var att skapa en stabil grund f\u00f6r framtida utveckling och int\u00e4ktsoptimering i Vasaloppets digitala annons- och medieaff\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi \u00e4r mycket glada \u00f6ver att ha haft m\u00f6jligheten att arbeta med ett av Sveriges starkaste varum\u00e4rken.
